It is so much better than a jar of salsa filled with preservatives and too much sodium. <br /><br />Here's the recipe:<br />2 plum tomatoes, chopped<br />2 TBS cilantro, chopped<br />1/4 cup red onion, chopped<br />Juice from 1/2 lime<br />salt & pepper to taste<br />minced jalepeno to taste (optional)<br /><br />Stir and let set for a half an hour to let the flavors develop. If you like your salsa more "soupy", pulse this once or twice in the food processor. <br /><br />The kids LOVED it! You will too.
